Criolla Remoulade

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup creole mustard

1/8 cup sweet pickle relish

1 TBSP minced fresh parsley

2 TBSP capers, drained

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp horseradish

2 tsp anchovy paste

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Stir all ingredients together. Chill 1 hour or up to 1 week

Serve with Shrimp or Fried Fish
