Fudge Truffle Pecan Tart

1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup butter, softened

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup finely chopped pecans

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp instant coffee granules

Chocolate Tart Shell


Prepare Tart Shell

Preheat oven to 350

Combine 1-1/4 cups chocolate graham crackers or chocolate Teddy Graham crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter; press into bottom of a 11 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake for 6 minutes. Cool 30 minutes.

Increase heat to 375

Microwave chocolate in microwave safe bowl at high 1-1/2 minutes or until melted; stirring at 30 second intervals.

Beat brown sugar and butter at medium speed until blended; add eggs, beating well. Stir in melted chocolate, vanilla, and the next 3 ingredients. Pour batter into cooled crust. Bake 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour
