White Barbecue Sauce

Great served with smoked or grilled boneless chicken. Make a day before serving for best flavor

 

1-1/2 cups mayonnaise

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 TBSP white pepper

1 TBSP spicy brown mustard

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp horseradish

 

Stir all ingredients together until well blended. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
