1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix

1 small box lemon instant pudding mix

12 ounces 7 up cola

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease and flour three 8 inch cake pans. Mix all ingredients together. Divide batter evenly between cake pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack in pans for 10 minutes. Remove layers from pans and cool completely on wire racks.


1-1/2 cups sugar

3 TBSP flour

1 cup coconut

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

1-1/2 sticks butter

1 tsp vanilla

In a medium heavy saucepan ; mix flour and sugar together. Add butter, pineapple, coconut and vanilla. Mix well and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Frost cake and cover loosely
